Terms of Service (서비스 이용 약관)

These Terms of Service are the general terms that apply to the integrated services provided by CLFY Co., LTD (the “Company”). If the Company provides separate terms, operating policies, refund policies, seller policies, advertising policies, workspace policies, API policies, or notices for individual services, those individual terms/policies will prevail to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and members in connection with the use of the websites, applications, software, AI features, automation features, analytics features, and all related services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

The meanings of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

  1. Service means each of the following services provided by the Company and all related ancillary features:
    1. Link-in-Bio page creation and management service
    2. AI-based generation or recommendation features for text, themes, copy, etc.
    3. Social media account connections, comment management, message automation, and statistics/analytics
    4. Team- or workspace-based collaboration features
    5. Any other services additionally provided by the Company
  2. Individual Service means each unit of service provided within the Service under a separate name, payment structure, feature set, and/or policy.
  3. Member means a person who agrees to these Terms, completes registration under the Company’s procedures, and is granted eligibility to use the Service.
  4. Non-member means a person who uses certain parts of the Service without registering as a member.
  5. Visitor means a person who views public pages or content created and published by a member.
  6. Account means the authentication credentials used to access the Service, such as email, password, and social login methods.
  7. Content means all information that a member inputs, uploads, posts, connects, generates, transmits, or stores in the Service, including text, images, videos, links, files, comments, messages, designs, page layouts, and other information.
  8. AI Features means AI-based generation, editing, recommendation, classification, analysis, and related functions provided by the Company or its partners.
  9. External Platforms means third-party platforms, APIs, services, or systems operated by entities other than the Company, such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and Google.
  10. Paid Services means features, subscriptions, usage-based packages, add-ons, or related services provided by the Company for a fee.
  11. Recurring Subscription means a Paid Service billing method where charges are automatically paid at regular intervals using the member’s registered payment method and the usage period is renewed.
  12. Operating Policy means detailed policies, guides, standards, and restrictions separately established by the Company and announced within the Service.

Any terms not defined in this Article shall follow applicable laws, individual service terms, operating policies, and general commercial practices.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the Service screen, website, or linked screen so that members can easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws.
  3. When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons for amendment at least 7 days prior to the effective date together with the current Terms. If the amendment is unfavorable to members, the Company will announce it at least 30 days in advance and may provide individual notice.
  4. If the Company clearly notifies members that failure to express refusal by the effective date constitutes consent, and the member does not expressly refuse, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
  5. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may terminate the service agreement, and the Company may restrict service use after the effective date of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)

  1. Matters not provided in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, the Company’s Privacy Policy, operating policies, individual service terms, and notices.
  2. Information notified by the Company through the Service screen, payment screen, customer support notices, announcements, etc. forms part of these Terms.
  3. If an Individual Service has separate terms or policies, those terms/policies apply with priority to that Individual Service.

Article 5 (Notices)

  1. The Company may notify members of necessary matters related to the Service by email, SMS, Kakao notifications, app push, in-service notifications, or other reasonable means.
  2. For notices to all members, the Company may replace individual notice by posting on the Service screen or website for at least 7 days. However, matters that materially affect members’ rights and obligations may also be individually notified.
  3. Marketing or advertising messages will be sent with the member’s consent as required by law. Essential service-related notices may be sent without separate consent to the extent permitted by law.

Chapter 2. Formation of the Service Agreement

Article 6 (Application for Use)

  1. A person who wishes to use the Service applies by accurately entering required information in accordance with the Company’s sign-up process and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Members must keep information provided to the Company true, accurate, and up to date at the time of registration and thereafter.
  3. The Company may require additional procedures as necessary, such as identity verification, age verification, payment authentication, or business information verification.

Article 7 (Formation of Agreement and Restrictions on Acceptance)

  1. The service agreement is formed when the applicant agrees to these Terms and the Company accepts the application.
  2. The Company will generally accept applications. However, the Company may refuse acceptance or later restrict use or terminate the agreement if any of the following applies:
    1. false information, use of another person’s information, typographical errors, or omissions
    2. prior history of restrictions or termination due to violations of these Terms or operating policies
    3. unlawful or improper purposes, or misuse of the Service
    4. insufficient capacity of facilities, or significant technical/operational difficulties
    5. other reasonable grounds making acceptance difficult
  3. The Company may set different registration procedures and acceptance criteria depending on the member type, service type, or intended use.

Article 8 (Age Restrictions and Legal Representatives)

  1. In principle, children under 14 may not register as members. However, the Company may exceptionally allow registration if it establishes procedures to confirm consent of a legal representative.
  2. If a minor uses or pays for Paid Services, consent of a legal representative may be required, and the contract may be cancelled under applicable laws if such consent is not obtained.
  3. The Company may take measures as necessary to protect minors, including age verification, confirming legal representative consent, or restricting certain services.

Chapter 3. Use of the Service

Article 9 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services to members:
    1. creation, editing, publishing, and analytics for Link-in-Bio pages
    2. AI-assisted generation features for text, copy, design, themes, etc.
    3. social media account connections, comment management, message automation, and statistics
    4. workspace, permission management, and collaboration features
    5. advertising, promotions, external tool connections, and other add-ons
    6. other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may provide all or part of the Service free of charge or for a fee. The scope, conditions, and delivery method for each service are specified on the Service screen or in individual terms.
  3. The Company may change all or part of the Service as necessary for quality improvement, operational/technical needs, changes in applicable laws, or changes in external platform policies.

Article 10 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, inspections, equipment replacement, incident recovery, security response, or changes in operating policies.
  2. If significant changes or termination of the Service are planned, the Company will announce the reasons and details in advance. If prior notice is difficult due to urgent incidents, security issues, or force majeure, the Company may announce afterward.
  3. The Company may limit or terminate certain features due to reasons outside its control, such as external platform policy changes, API limitations or suspension, partnership termination, or legal changes.
  4. For free services, unless otherwise required by law, the Company does not assume liability for damages caused by changes or termination to the extent the Company is not at fault.

Article 11 (Management of Accounts and Authentication Means)

  1. Members must manage their accounts and authentication means with the care of a prudent manager and may not transfer, lend, share, or provide them as security to third parties.
  2. If a member becomes aware of account theft, leakage, or unauthorized use, the member must immediately notify the Company and follow the Company’s guidance.
  3. Members bear losses caused by negligent management. However, this does not apply if the Company acted intentionally or negligently.
  4. The Company may restrict account names or use if it determines the account is antisocial, likely to be confused as the Company or an operator, or otherwise inappropriate for service operation.

Article 12 (Individual Services and Future Additional Services)

  1. The Company may add new Individual Services in addition to those currently provided.
  2. If the Company introduces features such as sales of goods/services, reservations, payments, settlements, ad revenue sharing, sponsorship, or brokerage through members’ pages, the Company may establish and apply separate individual terms or policies for such features.
  3. If such features are introduced, the Company’s legal status and scope of responsibility shall be determined by the relevant individual terms/policies, and these Terms alone shall not be interpreted as automatically making the Company a contracting party or broker.

Article 13 (Connection to External Platforms)

  1. Members may use the Service in connection with External Platforms, and must comply with the terms, policies, API usage conditions, and community guidelines of the External Platforms.
  2. Granting permissions, connecting accounts, token renewal, sending messages, collecting comments, etc. are provided only to the extent permitted by the External Platforms.
  3. If restrictions occur due to external platform failures, policy changes, API limitations, account suspension, permission revocation, or other third-party reasons, the Company is not liable to the extent it is not at fault.
  4. Members must ensure that message sending, comment management, and automation settings using the Service do not violate applicable laws or external platform policies.

Article 14 (Content and Operation of Public Pages)

  1. Members are responsible for the legality, accuracy, timeliness, and rights clearance of content and pages they publish.
  2. Members must ensure that external links, promotional phrases, images, text, uploaded files, etc. on their pages do not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
  3. If the Company reasonably determines that a member’s public page or content violates laws, these Terms, operating policies, or third-party rights, the Company may take measures such as suspending posting, deleting, making private, or limiting exposure, either before or after posting.
  4. The Company does not act as agent for or guarantee legal relationships between visitors and members, or members’ promotional/transaction/consultation/reservation/contact activities on their pages.

Chapter 4. Paid Services, Recurring Subscriptions, and Refunds

Article 15 (Paid Service Details and Contract Formation)

  1. The Company may provide Paid Services. The service name, features, pricing, billing cycle, duration, free-tier scope, usage limits, etc. are displayed on the payment screen or individual service notices.
  2. A Paid Service agreement is formed when the member requests payment and the Company or payment processor approves it.
  3. The Company may operate various billing models depending on the Paid Service type, such as monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, usage-based billing, prepaid packages, or one-time payments.

Article 16 (Payment and Recurring Subscriptions)

  1. Members must pay fees for Paid Services using the payment methods designated by the Company.
  2. For Recurring Subscriptions, fees are automatically charged at the agreed cycle using the registered payment method.
  3. The Company provides information on the payment screen or within the Service so members can confirm the subject, cycle, amount, renewal date, and cancellation method.
  4. If payment fails due to loss of the payment method, limit exceeded, expiration, insufficient balance, etc., the Company may restrict Paid Services or switch the member to a free plan.
  5. If an overpayment occurs, the Company will refund it in accordance with applicable laws. If the Company refuses to refund an overpayment, the Company bears the burden of proving that the fee was properly charged.

Article 17 (Subscription Cancellation and Downgrade)

  1. Members may request cancellation of a Recurring Subscription at any time through the in-service settings menu or by methods 안내 by the Company.
  2. Unless otherwise notified, cancellation will be processed so that automatic charges do not occur from the next billing date, and the member may continue using Paid Services until the end of the already-paid period.
  3. If a member downgrades from a paid plan to a free plan, portions exceeding limits for page count, usage, or features may be deactivated, hidden, or restricted per the Company’s policy.
  4. Restricted pages, features, or content due to downgrade are generally not deleted and may be stored for a period under the Company’s policy, but may be deleted due to applicable laws, security needs, storage policies, or membership withdrawal.
  5. When switching to a free plan, the member may be required to select which public/active pages to keep as designated by the Company, and change frequency/cycle may be limited by operating policy.

Article 18 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

  1. Withdrawal, cancellation, termination, and refunds for Paid Services are governed by applicable laws, these Terms, and the refund policy of the relevant Individual Service.
  2. If the member has not started using the Paid Service within 7 days from the payment date, the member may request withdrawal or a refund under the Company’s procedures, unless applicable laws provide broader protection.
  3. The Company may restrict withdrawal or refunds to the extent permitted by law if any of the following applies:
    1. provision of digital content/services has begun
    2. value has significantly decreased due to the member’s use/consumption
    3. packaging of reproducible digital content has been damaged or cannot be restored
    4. a customized/personalized service requested for immediate provision has already begun
  4. The Company may determine whether service use has started based on reasonable standards notified on the payment screen, operating policy, or refund policy. Examples may include:
    1. use of AI tokens or receipt of AI-generated outputs
    2. creation/activation of pages exceeding free-plan limits
    3. saving or publicly applying paid-only features such as logo removal or custom CSS
    4. execution of paid analytics, automation, or external platform connection features
  5. Even where withdrawal may be limited under law, the Company may take necessary measures such as pre-payment notices, trial use, or previews so that members can easily recognize withdrawal rights. The Company will clearly disclose limitations and exceptions through a separate confirmation window, checkbox, or notice during payment, and payment will proceed only if the member agrees.
  6. Refunds are in principle processed to the original payment method; if not possible, the Company may refund by a method determined by the Company.
  7. Unless otherwise notified, Paid Services for which the member did not pay substantive consideration (e.g., discounts, promotions, free offers, event grants, test accounts) are not refundable.
  8. If the Company is responsible for reasons such as duplicate charges, system errors, defects, or statutory cancellation grounds, the Company will provide refunds or compensation in accordance with applicable laws.

Chapter 5. Rights and Obligations of the Company and Members

Article 19 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The Company strives to provide the Service stably in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  2. The Company establishes and discloses a Privacy Policy and processes personal information accordingly.
  3. The Company strives to address opinions or complaints raised by members when reasonable, and may 안내 reasons and schedules if handling is delayed.
  4. The Company may outsource certain 업무 to third parties if necessary to provide the Service, and will perform required notice/consent procedures under applicable laws.

Article 20 (Obligations of Members)

  1. Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, operating policies, individual service terms, payment notices, external platform policies, and the Company’s reasonable 안내.
  2. Members must not:
    1. enter false information or misuse another person’s identity or information
    2. infringe intellectual property, reputation, credit, personal information, portrait rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties
    3. engage in obscene, illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, phishing, illegal promotion, gambling, drug-related, illegal sales, or other acts against laws or public order and morals
    4. attempt abnormal access, hacking, reverse engineering, malware distribution, crawling, excessive traffic, or security bypass
    5. send spam messages, make false/exaggerated ads, or automate in violation of external platform policies
    6. conduct fraudulent payments, abuse chargebacks, exploit promotions, or repeatedly abuse free benefits
    7. reproduce, sell, sublicense, resell, or commercially reuse the Service without the Company’s prior permission
    8. otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  3. If disputes arise with third parties in connection with the Service, members must resolve them at their own responsibility and expense, and must compensate the Company for damages incurred.

Article 21 (Rights to Content and License)

  1. Rights to content uploaded or posted by members generally belong to the member or the legitimate right holder.
  2. Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, and convert formats of their content to the extent necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote the Service, respond to disputes, provide customer support, back up, and conduct security inspections. However, the Company will not commercially use a member’s content in a manner that materially exceeds the purpose of service provision without separate consent.
  3. Members represent and warrant that they lawfully hold necessary rights to the content they upload or post.
  4. The legal nature and rights ownership of outputs generated through AI Features follow applicable laws and individual service policies, and unless otherwise notified, the Company does not guarantee completeness, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated outputs.

Article 22 (Personal Information and Data Processing)

  1. The Company may process members’ personal information and service usage data to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and details are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Company may use third-party services such as external platforms, payment processors, cloud services, analytics tools, messaging delivery tools, and AI providers to provide the Service.
  3. If cross-border transfer, outsourcing, or provision to third parties is necessary during service use, the Company will perform required notices, consents, or safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.
  4. The Company may use members’ data within the scope of service provision and operation, security, statistics, customer support, and incident response. However, the Company will not use personal information beyond legally permitted scopes or beyond the scope originally disclosed.
  5. Members must lawfully grant necessary permissions for Service use and must meet legal requirements themselves when collecting/using/providing others’ personal information.

Chapter 6. Restrictions on Use and Termination

Article 23 (Restrictions on Use)

  1. If the Company determines that a member violates these Terms or operating policies, or undermines stability, security, or reliability of the Service, the Company may take the following measures:
    1. warning or request for correction
    2. restriction of certain features
    3. restriction of disclosure scope or deletion/making private of posts
    4. suspension of account
    5. withholding payments or settlements
    6. termination of the service agreement
  2. In principle, the Company notifies the reasons and period for restrictions in advance. However, if prior notice is difficult due to illegality, rights infringement, security threats, or urgent needs to prevent damage expansion, the Company may notify afterward.
  3. Members may explain or raise objections to restrictions in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
  4. The Company may review explanations, recurrence-prevention measures, and 피해 recovery and decide whether to maintain, lift, or ease restrictions.

Article 24 (Termination of the Service Agreement)

  1. Members may request termination of the service agreement at any time in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
  2. The Company may terminate the service agreement if any of the following applies:
    1. the member commits a material violation of these Terms
    2. the member fails to comply with the Company’s correction request within a reasonable period
    3. the member’s service use materially violates applicable laws or public order
    4. there are objective and reasonable grounds making it difficult to maintain the agreement
  3. If a member withdraws, personal information and data are deleted or anonymized except for information required to be retained under applicable laws or the Privacy Policy. If separate retention periods are notified due to specific service characteristics, those periods apply.
  4. Charges already incurred, damages, refunds, dispute resolution, and statutory retention obligations do not expire due to withdrawal or termination.

Chapter 7. Damages and Disclaimer

Article 25 (Damages)

  1. If the Company or a member violates these Terms or applicable laws and causes damages to the other party, the at-fault party must compensate for damages.
  2. If a member causes damages to the Company or third parties due to violations of these Terms, external platform policies, illegal content posting, rights infringement, fraudulent payments, etc., the member must compensate for damages, and the Company may seek recourse if it responded to third parties first.

Article 26 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the following causes to the extent the Company is not at fault:
    1. force majeure such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, power outages, network failures, hacking, or DDoS
    2. the member’s intent or negligence, poor account management, incorrect settings, or abuse of permissions
    3. failures or policy changes of External Platforms, API limitations, account restrictions, or partnership termination
    4. disputes caused by inaccuracy, illegality, or rights infringement of member content
    5. issues arising in third-party areas such as external sites, services, products, reservations, transactions, or consultations linked to member pages
    6. issues regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of outputs generated/analyzed/recommended by AI Features
  2. For free services, unless otherwise required by law, the Company may not bear liability for damages. However, this does not apply where the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
  3. The Company has no duty to directly intervene in disputes between members and visitors or third parties. However, where required by law or deemed necessary by the Company, it may perform fact-finding, request 자료, or take temporary measures.

Article 27 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be brought to courts with jurisdiction under applicable laws.
  3. The Company operates customer support for member complaints and dispute resolution, and may cooperate with statutory dispute mediation procedures where applicable.

Addendum

Article 1 (Effective Date)

These Terms take effect on April 17, 2026.

본 약관은 주식회사 씨엘에프와이(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 통합 서비스에 적용되는 기본 이용약관입니다. 회사가 개별 서비스에 대해 별도의 약관, 운영정책, 환불정책, 판매자정책, 광고정책, 워크스페이스 정책, API 정책 또는 안내를 두는 경우, 그 내용이 본 약관과 충돌하는 범위에서는 개별 약관 또는 정책이 우선합니다.

제1장 총칙

제1조(목적)

이 약관은 주식회사 씨엘에프와이(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 각종 웹사이트, 애플리케이션, 소프트웨어, AI 기능, 자동화 기능, 분석 기능 및 이에 부수하는 제반 서비스(이하 통칭하여 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무, 책임사항 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조(정의)

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같습니다.

  1. 서비스란 회사가 제공하는 다음 각 호의 서비스 및 이와 관련된 부가 기능 일체를 말합니다.
    1. 링크인바이오(Link-in-Bio) 페이지 생성·관리 서비스
    2. AI를 활용한 텍스트, 테마, 카피 등 생성 또는 추천 기능
    3. 소셜미디어 계정 연동, 댓글 관리, 메시지 자동화, 통계·분석 기능
    4. 팀 또는 워크스페이스 기반 협업 기능
    5. 기타 회사가 추가하여 제공하는 서비스
  2. 개별서비스란 회사가 서비스 내에서 별도 명칭, 별도 결제 구조, 별도 기능, 별도 정책으로 제공하는 각 서비스 단위를 말합니다.
  3. 회원이란 이 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입하여 회사로부터 서비스 이용 자격을 부여받은 자를 말합니다.
  4. 비회원이란 회원가입을 하지 않고 회사가 제공하는 서비스 중 일부를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
  5. 방문자란 회원이 생성·게시한 공개 페이지 또는 콘텐츠를 열람하는 자를 말합니다.
  6. 계정이란 회원이 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 생성하거나 제공한 이메일, 비밀번호, 소셜 로그인 수단 등 인증 체계를 말합니다.
  7. 콘텐츠란 회원이 서비스에 입력, 업로드, 게시, 연동, 생성, 전송 또는 저장하는 텍스트, 이미지, 영상, 링크, 파일, 댓글, 메시지, 디자인, 페이지 구성, 기타 정보 일체를 말합니다.
  8. AI 기능이란 회사 또는 제휴사가 제공하는 인공지능 기반 생성, 편집, 추천, 분류, 분석 등의 기능을 말합니다.
  9. 외부플랫폼이란 Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google 등 회사 외의 제3자가 운영하는 플랫폼, API, 서비스, 시스템을 말합니다.
  10. 유료서비스란 회사가 유상으로 제공하는 기능, 구독, 충전형 상품, 부가 기능 또는 이에 부수하는 제반 서비스를 말합니다.
  11. 정기구독이란 회원이 등록한 결제수단을 통하여 일정 주기마다 이용요금이 자동 결제되고 이용기간이 갱신되는 유료서비스 이용방식을 말합니다.
  12. 운영정책이란 회사가 서비스 운영을 위하여 별도로 정하여 서비스 내에 공지하는 세부 정책, 가이드, 기준, 제한사항 등을 말합니다.

본 조에서 정하지 아니한 용어는 관계 법령, 개별서비스 약관, 운영정책 및 일반적인 상관례에 따릅니다.

제3조(약관의 게시 및 개정)

  1. 회사는 이 약관의 내용을 회원이 쉽게 알 수 있도록 서비스 화면, 홈페이지 또는 연결화면에 게시합니다.
  2. 회사는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
  3. 회사가 약관을 개정하는 경우에는 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 현행 약관과 함께 적용일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다. 다만, 회원에게 불리한 내용으로 변경되는 경우에는 적용일자 30일 전부터 공지하고, 회원에게 개별 통지할 수 있습니다.
  4. 회사가 전항에 따라 개정약관을 공지 또는 통지하면서 적용일 전까지 회원이 거부 의사를 표시하지 아니하면 개정약관에 동의한 것으로 본다는 뜻을 명확하게 안내하였음에도 회원이 명시적으로 거부 의사를 표시하지 아니한 경우, 회원이 개정약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
  5. 회원이 개정약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 회원은 이용계약을 해지할 수 있으며, 회사는 해당 회원에 대하여 개정약관 적용일 이후의 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제4조(약관 외 준칙)

  1. 이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 관계 법령, 회사의 개인정보처리방침, 운영정책, 개별서비스 약관 및 안내에 따릅니다.
  2. 회사가 서비스 화면, 결제 화면, 고객센터 안내, 공지사항 등을 통하여 고지한 내용은 이 약관의 일부를 구성합니다.
  3. 개별서비스에 관하여 별도 약관 또는 정책이 있는 경우, 해당 개별서비스에는 그 약관 또는 정책이 우선 적용됩니다.

제5조(통지)

  1. 회사는 회원에게 서비스와 관련한 필요한 사항을 이메일, 문자메시지, 알림톡, 앱 푸시, 서비스 내 알림 또는 기타 합리적인 방법으로 통지할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 전체 회원을 대상으로 하는 통지의 경우 7일 이상 서비스 화면 또는 홈페이지에 게시함으로써 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다. 다만, 회원의 권리·의무에 중대한 영향을 미치는 사항은 개별 통지를 병행할 수 있습니다.
  3. 마케팅 또는 광고성 정보의 발송은 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 회원의 동의를 받아 진행합니다. 다만, 서비스 제공에 필수적인 안내는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 별도 동의 없이 발송할 수 있습니다.

제2장 이용계약의 체결

제6조(이용신청)

  1. 서비스 이용을 원하는 자는 회사가 정한 가입 절차에 따라 필요한 정보를 정확하게 입력하고 이 약관 및 개인정보처리방침 등에 동의함으로써 이용을 신청합니다.
  2. 회원은 가입 시점 및 이후에도 회사에 제공하는 정보가 진실하고 정확하며 최신의 정보가 되도록 유지하여야 합니다.
  3. 회사는 본인확인, 연령확인, 결제인증, 사업자정보 확인 등 필요한 절차를 추가로 요구할 수 있습니다.

제7조(이용계약의 성립 및 승낙의 제한)

  1. 이용계약은 이용신청자가 이 약관에 동의하고 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
  2. 회사는 원칙적으로 이용신청을 승낙합니다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 승낙을 거절하거나 사후에 이용을 제한 또는 해지할 수 있습니다.
    1. 허위 정보, 타인 정보, 오기 또는 누락이 있는 경우
    2. 과거 약관 또는 운영정책 위반으로 이용 제한 또는 계약 해지 이력이 있는 경우
    3. 위법 또는 부당한 목적, 서비스 악용 목적이 인정되는 경우
    4. 회사의 설비 여유가 없거나 기술상·업무상 현저한 지장이 있는 경우
    5. 기타 회사가 합리적인 사유에 따라 승낙이 곤란하다고 판단하는 경우
  3. 회사는 회원의 유형, 서비스 종류, 이용 목적 등에 따라 가입 절차와 승낙 기준을 달리 정할 수 있습니다.

제8조(연령 제한 및 법정대리인)

  1. 만 14세 미만 아동은 원칙적으로 회원가입을 할 수 없습니다. 다만, 회사가 별도의 절차를 마련하여 법정대리인의 동의를 확인하는 경우 예외적으로 가입을 허용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 미성년자가 유료서비스를 이용하거나 결제하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의가 필요할 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 따라 법정대리인이 동의하지 않은 계약은 취소될 수 있습니다.
  3. 회사는 미성년자 보호를 위하여 필요한 경우 연령 확인, 법정대리인 동의 확인 또는 특정 서비스의 이용 제한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

제3장 서비스 이용

제9조(서비스의 제공)

  1. 회사는 회원에게 다음 각 호의 서비스를 제공합니다.
    1. 링크인바이오 페이지의 생성, 편집, 게시, 분석 기능
    2. AI를 활용한 텍스트, 카피, 디자인, 테마 등의 생성 또는 보조 기능
    3. 소셜미디어 계정 연동, 댓글 관리, 메시지 자동화 및 통계 기능
    4. 워크스페이스, 권한관리, 협업 기능
    5. 광고, 프로모션, 외부 도구 연동, 기타 부가 기능
    6. 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스
  2. 회사는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 무료 또는 유료로 제공할 수 있으며, 서비스별 구체적인 범위, 이용조건, 제공방식은 서비스 화면 또는 개별 약관에서 정합니다.
  3. 회사는 서비스의 품질 향상, 운영상·기술상 필요, 관계 법령 또는 외부플랫폼 정책의 변경 등에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있습니다.

제10조(서비스의 변경, 중단 및 종료)

  1. 회사는 유지보수, 점검, 설비 교체, 장애 복구, 보안 대응, 운영 정책 변경 등의 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 서비스의 중대한 변경 또는 종료가 예정된 경우 그 사유와 내용을 사전에 공지합니다. 다만, 긴급한 장애, 보안 문제, 불가항력 등으로 사전 공지가 어려운 경우 사후 공지할 수 있습니다.
  3. 회사는 외부플랫폼의 정책 변경, API 제한 또는 중단, 제휴 종료, 법령 변경 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 특정 기능의 제공을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
  4. 회사는 무료서비스의 경우 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 서비스 변경 또는 종료로 인한 손해에 대하여 회사의 귀책사유가 없는 범위에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.

제11조(계정 및 인증수단의 관리)

  1. 회원은 자신의 계정과 인증수단을 선량한 관리자의 주의로 관리하여야 하며, 이를 제3자에게 양도, 대여, 공유하거나 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.
  2. 회원은 계정 도용, 유출 또는 무단 사용 사실을 인지한 경우 즉시 회사에 통지하고 회사의 안내에 따라야 합니다.
  3. 회원의 관리 소홀로 인한 손해는 회원이 부담합니다. 다만, 회사의 고의 또는 과실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
  4. 회사는 계정이 반사회적이거나 회사 또는 운영자로 오인될 우려가 있거나 서비스 운영상 부적절하다고 판단되는 경우 해당 계정명 또는 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제12조(개별서비스 및 향후 추가 서비스)

  1. 회사는 현재 제공 중인 서비스 외에도 새로운 개별서비스를 추가할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사가 향후 회원의 페이지를 통한 상품·서비스 판매, 예약, 결제, 정산, 광고수익 배분, 후원, 중개 등 기능을 도입하는 경우, 회사는 해당 기능에 대한 별도의 개별 약관 또는 정책을 제정하여 적용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 전항의 기능이 도입되는 경우, 회사의 법적 지위와 책임 범위는 해당 개별 약관 또는 정책에 따라 정해지며, 본 약관만으로 회사가 거래 당사자 또는 중개자의 지위를 당연히 부담하는 것으로 해석되지 않습니다.

제13조(외부플랫폼 연동)

  1. 회원은 회사가 제공하는 서비스와 외부플랫폼을 연동하여 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 회원은 외부플랫폼의 약관, 정책, API 이용조건 및 커뮤니티 가이드를 준수하여야 합니다.
  2. 외부플랫폼 연동 과정에서 필요한 권한 부여, 계정 연결, 토큰 갱신, 메시지 발송, 댓글 수집 등은 외부플랫폼이 허용하는 범위에서만 제공됩니다.
  3. 외부플랫폼의 장애, 정책 변경, API 제한, 계정 정지, 권한 철회 또는 기타 제3자 사유로 인하여 서비스 이용에 제한이 발생하는 경우, 회사는 회사의 귀책사유가 없는 한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
  4. 회원은 서비스를 이용한 메시지 발송, 댓글 관리, 자동화 설정 등이 관련 법령 및 외부플랫폼 정책을 위반하지 않도록 하여야 합니다.

제14조(콘텐츠 및 공개 페이지 운영)

  1. 회원이 게시하거나 공개하는 콘텐츠 및 페이지의 적법성, 정확성, 최신성, 권리 확보 여부에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
  2. 회원은 자신의 페이지에 포함된 외부 링크, 홍보 문구, 이미지, 텍스트, 업로드 파일 등이 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하지 않도록 하여야 합니다.
  3. 회사는 회원의 공개 페이지 또는 콘텐츠가 법령, 약관, 운영정책에 위반되거나 제3자의 권리를 침해한다고 합리적인 판단되는 경우, 사전 또는 사후에 게시중단, 삭제, 비공개 전환, 노출 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
  4. 회사는 방문자와 회원 사이의 법률관계, 회원이 자신의 페이지에서 수행하는 홍보·거래·상담·예약·연락 행위 자체를 대리하거나 보증하지 않습니다.

제4장 유료서비스, 정기구독 및 환불

제15조(유료서비스의 내용 및 계약 성립)

  1. 회사는 유료서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 구체적인 서비스명, 기능, 요금, 결제주기, 제공기간, 무료 이용 범위, 사용량 제한 등은 결제 화면 또는 개별서비스 안내에 표시합니다.
  2. 회원이 유료서비스 결제를 신청하고 회사 또는 결제대행사가 이를 승인한 시점에 유료서비스 이용계약이 성립합니다.
  3. 회사는 유료서비스의 종류에 따라 월간 구독, 연간 구독, 사용량 기반 과금, 충전형 상품, 일회성 결제 등 다양한 과금 체계를 운영할 수 있습니다.

제16조(결제 및 정기구독)

  1. 회원은 회사가 정한 결제수단으로 유료서비스 이용요금을 지급하여야 합니다.
  2. 정기구독 방식의 유료서비스는 회원이 사전에 등록한 결제수단을 통하여 약정한 주기마다 자동 결제됩니다.
  3. 회사는 자동결제의 대상, 주기, 금액, 갱신일, 해지 방법 등을 결제 화면 또는 서비스 내에서 회원이 확인할 수 있도록 제공합니다.
  4. 결제수단의 분실, 한도 초과, 유효기간 만료, 잔액 부족 등으로 결제가 실패한 경우 회사는 유료서비스 제공을 제한하거나 무료 요금제로 전환할 수 있습니다.
  5. 과오금이 발생한 경우 회사는 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 과오금을 환급합니다. 회사가 과오금 환급을 거절하는 경우 정당하게 요금이 부과되었음을 입증할 책임은 회사에 있습니다.

제17조(구독 해지 및 다운그레이드)

  1. 회원은 서비스 내 설정 메뉴 또는 회사가 안내하는 방법으로 언제든지 정기구독 해지를 신청할 수 있습니다.
  2. 별도 고지가 없는 한 정기구독 해지는 다음 결제일부터 자동결제가 이루어지지 않도록 하는 방식으로 처리되며, 이미 결제된 이용기간이 종료될 때까지는 유료서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 회원이 유료서비스에서 무료서비스로 다운그레이드되는 경우, 무료 요금제의 페이지 수, 사용량, 기능 제한을 초과하는 부분은 회사 정책에 따라 비활성화, 숨김 또는 기능 제한 처리될 수 있습니다.
  4. 다운그레이드로 인해 제한되는 페이지, 기능, 콘텐츠는 원칙적으로 삭제되지 않고 회사 정책상 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 다만, 관계 법령, 보안상 필요, 저장공간 정책 또는 회원의 탈퇴 등에 따라 삭제될 수 있습니다.
  5. 무료 요금제 전환 시 회원은 회사가 정한 방식에 따라 유지할 공개 페이지 또는 활성 페이지를 직접 선택할 수 있으며, 변경 횟수 또는 주기는 운영정책으로 제한될 수 있습니다.

제18조(청약철회 및 환불)

  1. 유료서비스의 청약철회, 계약해제, 해지 및 환불은 관계 법령과 본 약관, 개별서비스 환불정책에 따릅니다.
  2. 회원은 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 유료서비스 사용을 개시하지 아니한 경우 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 청약철회 또는 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만, 관계 법령이 더 넓은 보호를 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
  3. 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 회사는 관계 법령이 허용되는 범위에서 청약철회 또는 환불을 제한할 수 있습니다.
    1. 디지털콘텐츠 또는 서비스의 제공이 개시된 경우
    2. 회원의 사용 또는 소비로 그 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
    3. 복제가 가능한 디지털콘텐츠 등의 포장을 훼손한 경우 또는 회복할 수 없게 된 경우
    4. 회원의 요청에 따라 즉시 개별화·맞춤형으로 제공되는 서비스가 이미 개시된 경우
  4. 회사는 유료서비스의 사용 개시 여부를 합리적인 기준에 따라 판단할 수 있으며, 그 기준은 결제 화면, 운영정책 또는 환불정책에 고지합니다. 예를 들어 다음 각 호는 사용 개시의 판단 요소가 될 수 있습니다.
    1. AI 토큰의 사용 또는 AI 생성 결과물의 수령
    2. 무료 요금제 한도를 초과하는 페이지의 생성·활성화
    3. 로고 제거 기능, 커스텀 CSS, 유료 전용 기능의 저장 또는 공개 반영
    4. 유료 분석, 자동화, 외부플랫폼 연동 등 유료 기능의 실행
  5. 회사는 관계 법령상 청약철회 제한이 가능한 경우에도 회원이 청약철회권을 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 결제 전 고지, 시험 사용 또는 미리보기 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 또한, 회사는 디지털콘텐츠 및 맞춤형 서비스의 청약철회 제한 사유와 예외를 결제 화면 또는 결제 절차 중 별도의 확인창, 체크박스, 안내문구 등을 통해 회원에게 명확히 고지하며, 회원이 이에 동의한 경우에만 결제가 진행됩니다.
  6. 환불은 원칙적으로 원결제수단으로 처리하며, 원결제수단 환급이 불가능한 경우 회사가 정한 방법으로 환급할 수 있습니다.
  7. 할인, 프로모션, 무상 제공, 이벤트 지급, 테스트 계정 등 회원이 실질적인 대가를 지급하지 아니한 유료서비스에 대해서는 별도 고지가 없는 한 환불 대상이 되지 않습니다.
  8. 회원의 단순 변심이 아닌 중복결제, 시스템 오류, 결함, 법정 취소사유 등 회사가 책임을 부담하는 사유가 있는 경우 회사는 관계 법령에 따라 환불 또는 보상을 진행합니다.

제5장 회사와 회원의 권리·의무

제19조(회사의 의무)

  1. 회사는 관계 법령과 이 약관을 준수하며 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하기 위하여 노력합니다.
  2. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개하고 이에 따라 개인정보를 처리합니다.
  3. 회사는 회원으로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 인정되는 경우 이를 처리하기 위하여 노력하며, 처리가 지연되는 경우 그 사유와 일정을 안내할 수 있습니다.
  4. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 경우 일부 업무를 제3자에게 위탁할 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 고지 또는 동의 절차를 진행합니다.

제20조(회원의 의무)

  1. 회원은 관계 법령, 이 약관, 운영정책, 개별서비스 약관, 결제 안내, 외부플랫폼 정책 및 회사의 정당한 안내를 준수하여야 합니다.
  2. 회원은 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 됩니다.
    1. 허위정보 입력, 타인 명의 또는 정보 도용
    2. 회사 또는 제3자의 지식재산권, 명예, 신용, 개인정보, 초상권 기타 권리 침해
    3. 음란, 불법, 폭력, 혐오, 차별, 사기, 피싱, 불법 홍보, 도박, 마약, 불법 상품 판매 등 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위
    4. 서비스 또는 시스템에 대한 비정상적 접근, 해킹, 역설계, 악성코드 유포, 크롤링, 과도한 트래픽 발생, 보안 우회 시도
    5. 스팸성 메시지 발송, 허위·과장 광고, 외부플랫폼 정책 위반 자동화
    6. 부정 결제, 차지백 남용, 프로모션 악용, 무료 혜택의 반복 악용
    7. 회사의 사전 허락 없이 서비스 자체를 복제, 판매, 재허가, 전매 또는 상업적으로 재이용하는 행위
    8. 기타 회사의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
  3. 회원은 서비스 이용과 관련하여 제3자와 분쟁이 발생한 경우 자신의 책임과 비용으로 해결하여야 하며, 회사에 손해가 발생한 경우 이를 배상하여야 합니다.

제21조(콘텐츠의 권리 및 이용허락)

  1. 회원이 서비스에 업로드하거나 게시한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 원칙적으로 해당 회원 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
  2. 회원은 회사가 서비스를 운영, 제공, 개선, 홍보하고 분쟁 대응, 고객지원, 백업, 보안 점검을 수행하는 데 필요한 범위에서 자신의 콘텐츠를 저장, 복제, 전송, 표시, 편집, 형식 변환할 수 있는 비독점적이고 무상인 이용권한을 회사에 부여합니다. 다만, 회사는 회원의 콘텐츠를 회원의 별도 동의 없이 서비스 제공 목적을 현저히 벗어나는 방식으로 상업적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
  3. 회원은 자신이 업로드하거나 게시한 콘텐츠에 대하여 필요한 권리를 적법하게 보유하고 있음을 보증합니다.
  4. AI 기능을 통하여 생성된 결과물의 법적 성격 및 권리 귀속은 관계 법령과 개별서비스 정책에 따르며, 회사는 별도 고지가 없는 한 생성 결과물의 완전성, 독창성, 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

제22조(개인정보 및 데이터 처리)

  1. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 범위에서 회원의 개인정보 및 서비스 이용 데이터를 처리할 수 있으며, 구체적인 내용은 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다.
  2. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 외부플랫폼, 결제대행사, 클라우드, 분석도구, 메시지 전송 도구, AI 제공자 등 제3자 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 서비스 이용 과정에서 개인정보의 국외 이전, 처리위탁 또는 제3자 제공이 필요한 경우 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 고지, 동의 또는 보호조치를 이행합니다.
  4. 회사는 회원의 데이터를 서비스 제공 및 운영, 보안, 통계, 고객지원, 장애 대응 범위에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만, 법령상 허용 범위를 넘거나 당초 고지 범위를 벗어나는 방식으로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
  5. 회원은 서비스 이용에 필요한 권한을 적법하게 부여하여야 하며, 타인의 개인정보를 수집·이용·제공하는 경우 스스로 관련 법령상 요건을 충족하여야 합니다.

제6장 이용제한 및 계약해지

제23조(이용제한)

  1. 회사는 회원이 이 약관 또는 운영정책을 위반하거나 서비스의 안정성, 보안, 신뢰성을 저해한다고 판단되는 경우 다음 각 호의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
    1. 경고 또는 시정요구
    2. 일부 기능의 제한
    3. 공개 범위 제한 또는 게시물 삭제·비공개 처리
    4. 계정 이용정지
    5. 결제 또는 정산 보류
    6. 이용계약 해지
  2. 회사는 원칙적으로 이용제한 사유와 기간을 사전에 통지합니다. 다만, 불법행위, 권리침해, 보안위협, 긴급한 피해 확산 방지 필요 등으로 사전 통지가 곤란한 경우에는 사후 통지할 수 있습니다.
  3. 회원은 회사의 이용제한 조치에 대하여 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 소명하거나 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
  4. 회사는 회원의 소명 내용, 재발방지 조치, 피해 회복 여부 등을 검토하여 이용제한의 유지, 해제, 완화 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.

제24조(이용계약의 해지)

  1. 회원은 언제든지 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 이용계약 해지를 신청할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
    1. 회원이 중대한 약관 위반행위를 한 경우
    2. 회원이 회사의 시정 요구에 상당 기간 내 응하지 아니한 경우
    3. 회원의 서비스 이용이 관련 법령 또는 공공질서에 중대한 위반이 되는 경우
    4. 서비스 제공 목적상 계약을 유지하기 어려운 객관적이고 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우
  3. 회원이 탈퇴하는 경우, 관계 법령 또는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보를 제외한 개인정보와 데이터는 삭제 또는 비식별화 처리됩니다. 다만, 개별서비스의 특성상 별도 보관기간이 고지된 경우 그에 따릅니다.
  4. 회원의 탈퇴 또는 계약해지와 별도로 이미 발생한 요금, 손해배상, 환불, 분쟁처리, 법령상 보존의무는 소멸하지 않습니다.

제7장 손해배상 및 면책

제25조(손해배상)

  1. 회사 또는 회원이 이 약관 또는 관계 법령을 위반하여 상대방에게 손해를 발생하게 한 경우 귀책 있는 당사자는 그 손해를 배상하여야 합니다.
  2. 회원이 약관 위반, 외부플랫폼 정책 위반, 불법 콘텐츠 게시, 권리침해, 부정 결제 등으로 회사 또는 제3자에게 손해를 발생하게 한 경우 회원은 이를 배상하여야 하며, 회사가 제3자에게 우선 대응한 경우 회사가 회원에게 구상할 수 있습니다.

제26조(면책)

  1. 회사는 다음 각 호의 사유로 인한 손해에 대하여 회사의 귀책사유가 없는 한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
    1. 천재지변, 전쟁, 감염병, 정전, 통신망 장애, 해킹, DDOS 등 불가항력 사유
    2. 회원의 고의 또는 과실, 계정 관리 소홀, 잘못된 설정, 권한 오남용
    3. 외부플랫폼의 장애, 정책 변경, API 제한, 계정 제한 또는 제휴 종료
    4. 회원 콘텐츠의 부정확성, 위법성 또는 권리침해로 인한 분쟁
    5. 회원 페이지에 연결된 외부 사이트, 서비스, 상품, 예약, 거래, 상담 등 제3자 영역에서 발생한 문제
    6. AI 기능이 생성·분석·추천한 결과물의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성, 특정 목적 적합성에 관한 문제
  2. 회사는 무료서비스에 대하여 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 손해배상 책임을 부담하지 않을 수 있습니다. 다만, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
  3. 회사는 회원과 방문자 또는 회원과 제3자 사이의 분쟁에 직접 개입할 의무를 부담하지 않습니다. 다만, 관계 법령상 의무가 있는 경우 또는 회사가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 사실 확인, 자료 제출 요청, 임시 조치 등을 할 수 있습니다.

제27조(재판관할 및 준거법)

  1. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
  2. 회사와 회원 사이에 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 관련 법령에 따른 관할법원에 제기합니다.
  3. 회사는 회원 불만 및 분쟁 해결을 위하여 고객센터를 운영하며, 관계 법령상 분쟁조정 절차가 있는 경우 이에 협조할 수 있습니다.

부칙

제1조(시행일)

이 약관은 2026년 4월 17일부터 시행합니다.
